| The first private CARRIER in Vietnam The State has approved airline transportation license for Vietjet Corp in Vietnam since November 2007. The Prime Minister has authorized Transportation Ministry to approve transportation license for Vietjet Corp in order to build the forth Carrier operating domestic flights in Vietnam after the three formers: Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vasco. In accordance with Civil Aviation Law, a Carrier has to be acquire the conditions in order to build up an operational one in Vietnam: - Authorized capital needs to be declared clearly in order to operate. There are about 1-10 aircraft with legal capital amounts 200 billion VND for domestic operation; the capital is up to 500 billion VND for international operation. Foreign investors can buy shares with the maximum ratios up to 49%. - Professional and well-organized organization for airlines business operation has been set up orderly. - Operational aircrafts plans need to be accurate and clarified.
