On June 1, 2009, after a series of rigorous and thorough audit preparation, training and closure of findings, TIAGS became the first Southeast Asian-based and one of the twelve ground service providers in the world to ascend on the ISAGO Registry.  
As an ISAGO registered Ground Service provider, TIAGS is making a commitment to operate on globally accepted industry best practices. The implementation of ISAGO aims to improve safety and save airline costs by reducing ground accidents and injuries. Safety starts on the ground.
