On the 27th October, the seminar named " Weight balance service. - achievements and orientation of developing in future" was held at the 6th floor of Vietnam Airlines Office Building by the Section of Weight Balance, an important department of TIAGS (Tan Son Nhat International Airport Ground Service )

The meeting was warmly participated by the staff coming from the Weight Balance Section and representatives of customer Airlines.

The Seminar was organized for the purpose of introducing new innovations in the operation of the section and presenting excellent members of the month. This was also a valuable chance for Tiags to collect feedbacks from customers for service quality upgrade.

With a brief introduction of Weight Balance Section, the seminar started. A speech on safety and quality in operation was made to reinforce the slogan of the section  " upgrade service quality for customer orientation ". During the seminar, many helpful constructive comments were raised not only by other Tiags departments but also representatives coming from customer airlines. At the end, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hoai Viet, Ms. Lai Thi Hang and Mr. Nguyen Duy Bao were presented as excellent staff of the month.

The seminar is a necessary activity for raising staff's awareness of heading for the common target of the company, which is to perfect the service quality to fulfill the requirements of customer airlines.
