On 20^th Sep, at the 6^th floor office building Vietnam Airlines Co, LTD, TIAGS celebrated the opening ceremony for TIAGS’ trainee - course 33.

The ceremony welcomed Board of Director, executive of all departments, teachers at training section and 75 trainees who had passed for position of passenger service agent.

At the ceremony, in an intimate atmosphere, Board of Director have introduced about training course as well as specific characteristics of service at TIAGS.

The training course will be taken in three months with 2 periods: 2 months of theory, 1 month of practice at the terminal. The trainees will be trained in  subjects of air ticket and baggage procedure, aviation security, ramp safety, cutomer service…The training course is to help trainees the basic knowledge of passenger service handling, communication skill and teamwork.
