Carry-on baggage:

   +Check the maximum size and number of baggage to comply the airlines regulations.

   +Take advantages of space in your checked baggage in order to reduce the carry -on baggage.

   +Put the items such as glasses, cameras, laptop into your bag after use to avoid forgetting.

   +Please use your own space of overhead locker on the aircraft.

   +Do not put too much carry-on baggage into the over head locker.

   +Leave your belongings in case of emergency

   +Measuring carry-on baggage frame is placed at the check-in area and the boarding gate so you can check the size of your carry-on baggage. Fish sause, durian are not allowed to transport due to their unpleasant odors

Warnings: Due to security reasons, you should only open the phone after leaving the aircraft which helps you not to neglect and forget the personal items such as handbags, laptop, wallet .. The best way is to re-check carefully and make sure that all personal items has been taken before leaving.

Checked baggage:

   +Write your name and address on the baggage identification tags.

   +Remember to get the baggage claim tags after check-in.

   +To avoid losing, valued items such as money, jewelry, precious metals, important document should not be put in the checked baggage.

   +Baggage should be properly packed and locked.

   +Perishable items such as porcelain, electronic products, bottles . should not be put in checked baggage.

   +In oder to quickly identify your baggage at the conveyor, you should make the sign by tying a colored cloth on bag’s strap. You should also write down your name, address and telephone number on the baggage tags so that the airline could easily find out your baggage in case of lost.

Losing baggage case:

     Unfortunately, if your baggage is lost , you should contact the Lost & Found counter to declare. In addition, you could also complain in case of any damage happened during the transportation. All the airlines have their own compensation policy for baggage losing and return the expense that passengers have to pay while waiting to find out their baggage.
