All company managerial and working staff are technical and compulsory trained in compliance with requirements by Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) and Vietnam Airlines Corporation elementary training program to ensure professional competence for fulfilling tasks. .

In addition, all front- line staff who handle and perform services to client airlines have to be trained on their conducted courses, handling policies and other requirements by relevant airlines.

Training process is frequently and periodically carried out, based on knowledge, skills, updated standards and requirements by CAAV, ICAO, IATA and client international airlines.
