On Aug 22th, at the 6th floor of the Vietnam Airlines office building, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, TIAGS organized the competition named “We are Customer Service Agent” for staff coming from all Passenger Service Units such as International Terminal Passenger Service Section 1 (ITPSU1), International Terminal Passenger Service Section 2 (ITPSU2), Domestic Terminal Passenger Service Section (DTPSU), Transfer Passenger Service Section (TTPSU), Lost and Found Service Section (LFSU).
A Customer Service Development program activity, the competition is to enhance check-in agents’ profession and customer-care skills for a perfect service, fulfilling the customer airlines’ expectations. The competition included 3 parts: the warm-up, the speed-up and the final, which created enthusiasm and cheerfulness for all the contestants and fans. In both three parts, the contestants proved their profession knowledge by answering questions related to the standards of service-providing and their cleverness in handling difficult circumstances. When it came to the audience interaction part, fans had chance to show their ability with the questions related to TIAGS’s Customer Development program. As the competition drew to a close, the diamond, golden and silver prizes went to ITPSU, ITPSU2 and LFSU respectively.
The competition was successfully held and left deep impression on everyone. This is really a meaningful activity for all TIAGS staff to exchange experience as well as to improve profession and customer care skills Other items:
