On June 01st, in Vung Tau City, TIAGS celebrated Star Agent Award for 56 check-in agents (click here for details) in total 543 staff coming from Passenger Service Department who have great manners in customer services in the first 2 quarters 2011.
Star Agent award is celebrated every 6 months a year with full of criteria in customer service performance and working efficiency, which praised outstanding individuals who contributed to promote services quality as well as make a brand of TIAGS - a four-star ground services provider.
Being awarded, all Star Agents show their happiness. To achieve this valued award, they have been continuously trying as well as having a passion for work.
