On October 26th 2011, TIAGS (Tan Son Nhat International Airport Ground Services) and BOW, an event organizing company with experience in team-building held an outdoor activity named “TOGETHER – We succeed” in Giang Dien WaterFall Resort. On Aug 22th, at the 6th floor of the Vietnam Airlines office building, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, TIAGS organized the competition named “We are Customer Service Agent” for staff coming from all Passenger Service Units such as International Terminal Passenger Service Section 1 (ITPSU1), International Terminal Passenger Service Section 2 (ITPSU2), Domestic Terminal Passenger Service Section (DTPSU), Transfer Passenger Service Section (TTPSU), Lost and Found Service Section (LFSU).
